When was the last time America actually had a good president?

Let's see: after FDR, there was Truman, who I can't say much negative about and the same goes for Eisenhower, then Kennedy (who used the White House as his own brothel and who now has a worship cult simply for being the target of a crazed in), then LBJ (who tried running the Great Society and Vietnam War simultaneously and started the huge increase in our deficit), then Nixon (Watergate, ran the presidency like an emperor, bombed neutral Cambodia thereby killing thousands, etc), then Ford (weak president), then Carter (had no backbone and America was the laughingstock of the world during his presidency), then Reagan (who turned the US from the largest creditor nation on earth to the largest debtor by spending so much on defense, lied about Iran-Contra, sold drugs and illegal weapons unconstitutionally to fund the Contra thugs in South America, etc), George H.W. Bush (who really had no principles to speak of), Clinton (who failed the US as a moral leader and bombed Serbia despite warnings that it would increase the ethnic cleansing there; a conflict in which we took the side of a corrupt Croatian despot for increased oil control in the area), George W. Bush (who I think was actually correct when it came to Iraq, but was otherwise an incurious and nasty dolt), and now we have Obama, who I don't really have much bad to say about.
