Mind Helping me with a school problem?

Ok, so we're doing theses reports in english, and I happen to get pared up with this one guy (btw I'm a guy lol) who has some weird disease with his skin (it's all flaky all over, very disgusting), and (pardon my french), he's a lazy *** special ed student who never gets working unless getting help from someone (note that we're freshman). I want to tell a teacher that I just can't work with this guy and that I'm afraid he may lower my grade on the report. But I'm the kinda guy who doesn't liek to be mean, thats it. Because of this, I feel wrong about doing telling the teacher about it, so I haven't told her. Yes, I know, It seems weak of me not to talk to her, being a guy and all, but I just can't. Does anyone got some good advise?
