Is it illegal for my Dad to send ME the child support instead of my Mom?

Since your mom is your legal guardian until you are 18, the Court requires your dad to send the child support directly to your mom (it's written in the Divorce Decree or Modification of Child Support.) Hopefully she is using it for your needs.
