T.G. Blade Blaster asks for Tuner Synchro Monster what are these?

I know there's Tuner Monsters and Synchro Monsters. I never heard of or have seen a Tuner Synchro Monster. Does anyone know of these monsters or is it a misprint on T.G. Blade Blaster & T.G. Halberd Cannon.
