Is there program that records conversation of child and all the convesations of whoever child talks with?

My friend claims all my IMs on facebook can now be viewed by her friends mom, whom runs said program, because she talked with the girl who had the program and i talked with her. Like a chain. I didn't believe her and even think that that is illegal. Is there such a program?
