What should I do for my 16th birthday.?

Alright so I live in bangkok school has just finished and my 16 th b day is coming up. I have only 5-8 freinds who are still around because it's summer. I want to do something really memorable as well I don't have a huge budget but I do have a fair one. Any ideas on what I should do?
