My friend has bin emotionally distressed and traumatized?

my friend has just bin attacked by a bum near hollywood after going to see bruno and now has a problems trusting the outside world and is now locked in a closet and refuses to get out and is starting to send pictures of himself naked to my friends and is getting out of hand i dont know what to do please help
