Is this a good set up for my 15 gallon tropical fish tank?

Have worked in aquariums for over 10years, & I wouldn't recommend putting the dwarf frogs in with neon tetras, as they are quite small & may get eaten. The other fish would be fine. So I guess you just need to decide what you want more the frogs or the tetras. Keep in mind you will need an area for the frogs to get out of the water occasionally.
