Is this a good meal and excersize plan?
it's real good but remember if you are working out 6 days a week with weights then you need a lot more protein than what you are eating. if you are not eating protein then you are just tearing up your muscles. if you are going to eat that little then i suggest getting rid of the weight training, because it will be hurting you more than anything, but i will tell you what my workout routine is very similar to yours and i eat 3500 calories a day and 190 grams of protein and i am very cut from it (i weigh 190 pounds). for your routine you really don't have to worry about eating as long as you stay away from the fast foods and such. go get protein powder and salmon and lots of veggies and you can eat to your hearts content, the only reason i am saying this is to let you remember you can either lose weight or stay the same weight and gain muscle and get toned up at your weight. if you just want to lose weight then eat a minimal amount of food, but if you wouldn't mind getting shaped up at your weight then make sure and eat enough protein so you are not tearing up your body.now im not saying you should go eat 6000 calories, but when weight training you need a a lot of energy so make sure you are eating enough, but besides your food intake your routine is solid and definitely will get you toned up and trim. good luck
