Is it time for India to apologize to Australia?

I would say that any particular Indian media outlet that misrepresented the identity of the offender in that case should publish a retraction. But I wouldn't say that India, the country, should apologise to Australia. Nor would I say that there is no racism against Indians here. Just because the problem has been exaggerated does not mean it isn't a real problem.
