How can is sharpen reflexes?

Try getting a friend and get them to stand approx. 5m away from you with a medicine ball and get them to roll it infornt of you or to eitherside of you. Get a tennis ball and stand about 2m away from a wall and throw it with one hand and catch with the other and vice versa. Aim to get above 20. Also for martial arts put on some gloves with a partner and cover yourself up and try to read where they are going to punch you.
