Exercises for 100m sprints?
Run with heavy shoes and wieghts around ur legs that will make u faster. Run up a hill to improve ur stride. And if u live near a track run 3 100s 2 200s and 1 400 then rest for about 5 min then go back to the 100s 200s and 400
